Founded in 2016 by Arianna Huffington, Thrive Global’s mission is to end the stress and burnout epidemic by offering companies and their employees sustainable, science-based solutions to enhance both well-being and performance.
Recent science has shown that the pervasive belief that burnout is the price we must pay for success is a delusion. We know, instead, that when we prioritise our well-being, our decision-making, creativity, and productivity improve dramatically. Thrive Global is committed to accelerating the culture shift that allows people to reclaim their lives and move from merely surviving to thriving.
In 2020 Thrive Global formed an alliance with Monash University to bring Thrive Programs to the Asia Pacific region. Together they bring an evidence based approach to well-being and performance and will work with organisations to deliver programs that lift the performance, resilience, engagement and mental health of employees.
We partner with the leading global experts in areas ranging from neuroscience to behaviour change to psychology and sleep to ensure everything we do is deeply rooted in the latest science.
Thrive Global Asia Pacific’s Industry Advisory Board comprises a group of senior business leaders that see employee wellbeing as a business and human imperative. Membership is by invitation only and members serve as a reference point to inform our program and research agendas to ensure they are relevant to organisations within our region and are impactful. They provide advocacy, strategic links and industry input.
